Welcome to CopperCreek, a friendly and growing neighborhood that’s quickly becoming a great place for families and new homeowners to put down roots. With new homes being built and more neighbors moving in, there’s an exciting sense of energy and opportunity throughout the community.

One of CopperCreek’s convenient advantages is its location right across from the local high school, making it especially appealing for families with school-aged children and those who value easy access to nearby education and activities.

At the center of CopperCreek is our community park—a go-to spot for families, kids, and neighbors to spend time outdoors. Whether it’s an afternoon at the playground, a walk around the neighborhood, or simply getting to know the people next door, the park is where connections happen.

CopperCreek is especially appealing for those looking for new construction homes, offering a fresh start in a community that’s still taking shape. As the neighborhood continues to grow, the HOA helps keep things running smoothly by maintaining shared spaces and supporting a clean, welcoming environment for everyone.

More than anything, CopperCreek is about building a community where people feel comfortable, connected, and proud of where they live.

Get Involved

CopperCreek is a growing community, and the best ideas often come from the people who live here. If you have suggestions, feedback, or ideas on how we can continue improving the neighborhood, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out to us anytime via email.

If you’re interested in taking a more active role, consider joining the HOA board. Board members play an important part in helping maintain our shared spaces, guiding community decisions, and keeping CopperCreek a place we’re all proud to call home.

Getting involved is also a great way to meet your neighbors and make a positive impact in the community.

Open Positions & Volunteer Opportunities

CopperCreek currently has openings for residents who would like to get more involved in the community.

Vice President (HOA Board) – Currently Open
The Vice President supports the President and other board members in overseeing community operations and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities may include assisting with meetings, coordinating projects or initiatives, stepping in when the President is unavailable, and helping address resident questions or concerns. This role is a great way to stay informed and have a direct impact on the direction of the community.

Architectural Committee – Currently Seeking Members
At this time, CopperCreek does not have active Architectural Committee members, and we are looking for volunteers to help fill this important role. The committee reviews home improvement requests and helps ensure that exterior changes, landscaping, and other visible updates align with community guidelines and maintain the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

If you’re interested in either opportunity or would like to learn more, please reach out via email. Getting involved is a great way to meet your neighbors and help keep CopperCreek a place we’re all proud to call home.

CopperCreek HOA Board of Directors

The CopperCreek Board of Directors is made up of volunteer residents who help guide and support the overall management of the community. The board works to ensure that neighborhood standards are upheld, shared spaces are properly maintained, and community decisions are made in the best interest of residents.

This includes overseeing HOA operations, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance of common areas, and working with service providers as needed. The board also helps communicate updates, address resident concerns, and plan for the long-term growth and stability of CopperCreek.

Most importantly, the Board of Directors is here to serve the community and help keep CopperCreek a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place to live.
